Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your shop/Clinic damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or send out a new one completely at our expense.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible.

Return Time and exchange policy
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 1-2 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product (s) back from you. Within 48 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail and a credit note that reflects that the amount has been credited into your account.

Pet Food products must have at least 4 months validity and must be in good condition to be accepted by us.

Note: The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box/bag with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.

Online orders

All orders need to be placed before 12pm (midday) to ensure delivery the next day. Any order coming in after 12pm will be handled the next day. No deliveries on Friday. Orders made on Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Saturday.

Pick up orders

In case a client wants to collect their order from the warehouse this can be done between 10-11am daily as well as 1-3pm daily

Walk in clients

Walk in orders can only be handled between 1-3pm daily.

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 00971-4-338 38 15 within two hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the two hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or delivered but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.

Arab Land Trading L.L.C reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, commissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in stock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
